This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Van Safe Parking Ltd (Company No. 16102134), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Cn House, Brooks Drive, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 3TD (“we”, “us”, or “our”), and the individual or business (“Member”, “you”, or “your”) enrolling in our membership programme.

Our membership scheme is designed for trade professionals and individuals who travel with tools or equipment. As a Member, you will receive:
We provide access to secured parking locations supported by professional security teams, which may include monitored CCTV systems and/or K9 dog units. These security services are subcontracted to third-party providers who are professionally trained, vetted, and insured.
While we implement enhanced security measures, we cannot guarantee that incidents will not occur. Criminal activity can still target vehicles or property despite visible deterrents. You acknowledge and agree that:
Your membership gives you access to exclusive deals and discounts with selected partners, which may include hotel chains, trade suppliers, and other service providers.
These offers are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for their services, pricing, availability, or conduct. All third-party deals, discounts, offers and services are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. Partner offers may change from time to time; we will endeavour to maintain and expand available benefits but cannot guarantee the continued availability of any specific offer.
Fees and Benefits at Sign-Up
The applicable membership fee, duration, and list of included benefits will be clearly displayed at the time of registration or renewal. By completing your sign-up and submitting payment, you agree to the fee structure and entitlements available to you at that time.
Membership plans may vary depending on your location, trade category, or partnership tier (e.g. individual, business, or corporate packages). Some benefits may depend on third-party availability or change over time; we will always do our best to inform you of any material changes.
Term and Renewal
Unless stated otherwise, memberships are offered on a rolling monthly basis. Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement. We reserve the right to update fees, terms, or benefits upon renewal. You will be given reasonable notice of any material changes before they take effect, and you may cancel prior to renewal if you do not wish to accept the updated terms.
Refunds will not be issued for early termination, missed use, or change of circumstances unless required under applicable law.
If you are a consumer (not a business) and sign up online, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not already accessed or used any of the services.
We may review and update our membership pricing or benefits from time to time. Any such changes will only apply at the end of your current term or upon renewal. You will be notified in advance and may cancel if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.
As a Member, you agree to use the services provided under this Agreement responsibly and in accordance with all applicable terms, policies, and legal obligations. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund, and possible referral to the appropriate authorities in cases of illegal activity.

You are expected to treat all staff, subcontractors, partner organisations, and other members with respect and courtesy at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal or physical abuse towards our team or partners. You must co-operate fully with us or security personnel in the event of a security breach, incident investigation, or insurance claim.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and overrides any prior discussions, communications, or representations.
Waiver
If we do not enforce any part of this Agreement, it shall not be considered a waiver of our rights or remedies.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
